Happy Holidays from us to y’all!
As 2015 draws to a close, we want to take a moment to thank everyone who’s entered our orbit here in the Fort Morgan and Gulf Shores area. It’s been a fun and busy year, and The Powell Team looks forward to continuing our 2016 filled with good times and good people.
Let’s recap a bit of what happened in 2015 in our beautiful part of the country:

— We also earned a few accolades, as 2014’s #1 Agent In Century 21 Meyer, and 2014’s #2 Agent in Century 21 in the State of Alabama.
— We explored saving one of the smallest endangered species in the region, The Beach Mouse.
— Kiva Dunes announced a renovation project to improve its condition.
— Locals struggled with accepting an $85 million improvement to Gulf State Park.
